The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is an important element of the scope element of the Scope Management Process. This is a key project deliverable that organize the teams work into manageable sections. This provide project manager and the team with the opportunity to break down a high level scope statement into smaller and better manageable units of work, called work packages. 

Gantt Chart

Gantt chat is using to represent the schedule of a project by using a graph. This shows the durations of the activities against the timescale. Also, this define who is accountable for each activity and the place of each activity in the Work Breakdown Structure.
