Computer is a collection of electronic devices. A collection of elements that work together to achieve a common target can be called as a system. CPU, Operating System (OS Hereafter) and Peripheral devices are made up of the “Computer System”.

Raw facts and figures can be called as Data which has no meaning. Text, numbers, pictures or symbol are some examples for data. Data which process into information can be called as organized data.

Computer System Basically define as a collection of electronic devices. Most of the Organizations are using Computer system to make their work easy. Bank, Private Institutes, Telecommunication service provider, Supermarkets, Hospitals etc. are some examples of organizations which are using computer systems in their Organizations.

These Organizations have different kind of environments also their using different kind of Computer Systems for their Organization work.

The environment of Computer System in a Bank

Bank is a place which handle cash. This kind of organization required a Computer System with high level security. With the improvement of the technology we can see there are machines to Deposit cash and Withdraw Cash.

Environment of a Computer System in a Telecommunication Service Provider.

In a Telecommunication service provider, we can see that they have improve their customer service system. From giving a token to the customer and call their number and giving them a good service, and sending feedback message automatically are the improvement that we can see in the computer system in Telecommunication service provider. Supermarket is a place which running a large computer system. Cashier, Stock management have a combined Computer System to manage the stock available. This method is very useful to analyze the income of the supermarket and also to analyze the stock changes.

Environment of a Computer System in Hospitals

In Hospitals we can see there are using different kind of Computer Systems for different purposes. Collect information of Patients and computerizing is a one method of a Hospital Computer System. Using special purpose computer also another computer which are specially using by Doctors and nurse. ECG , Echography, X-Ray are some special purpose computer which using by the Hospitals.
